I also fail at vegetarian fudge.
I’ve tried three different kinds of not!milk.
None of them take to being evaporated properly and didn’t take to the candy process at ALL. I’ve never seen boiling sugar seize up so fast in my life. It was like fast motion snow forming.
I even whipped out the good sugar and the same thing happened.
You can buy vegetarian fudge but any brand I’ve had is definitely not...
